I used to program on Mac OS X, with all the default settings, with no problems. Since using Windows/UNIX for a number of years, though, there are some things I just can't live with any more (and some things that I just wanted to fix anyway). So I don't lose them, here's all the stuff I needed to get magic happening. I'll hopefully reorganise this into a how-to shortly, too.
